Beschreibung
Il Castellare befindet sich auf einem weitläufigen Besitz, inmitten einer sehr malerischen waldreichen Natur in absolut ruhiger Einzellage. Die nächste Ortschaft Montalcinello mit kleinem Alimentari und einem Ristorante ist 2,5 km entfernt.
Die 3 Ferienwohnungen, jeweils mit eigenem, separatem Eingang und separaten Aussensitzbereichen, sind unter Beibehaltung der antiken Struktur ( u. a. Cottoböden, offene Kamine, Holzbalkendecken) sehr aufwendig restauriert worden.
Die Ausstattung ist wie folgt:

Il Castellare farmhouse is located near Chiusdino, next to the old town of montalcinello, surrounded by the breathtaking countryside of Siena.
The farmhouse has been recently restored with particular attention to maintain the original structure and the particular details of the dage, and has been shared into 3 holiday apartments.
Each apartment is furnished in typical tuscan style and endowed with all comfort.
A real oasis of peace and relax, merged in the heart of the tuscan countryside, where spending the whole day in the swimming-pool, taking long walks in the paths through the woods all around the farmhouse- where it is still possible to meet and observe wild animals like roes and hares, and in autumn, to look for mushrooms and chestnuts- or planning cultural excursions in the near cities of art of Tuscany: Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Massa Marittima, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa. The Castellare farmhouse is also a fantastic departure point for visits to the ancient medieval suburbs of Chiusdino, Radicondoli, and Monticiano, to the famous Abbey of St. Galgano and the hermitage of Montesiepi.
Each apartment of the Castellare farmhouse has independent entrances but they can also be reunited to form a whole Villa to welcome executive guests or groups.

The Quercione apartment is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse and is composed by a large sitting room with fireplace, a double bedroom with queen-size beds - or single beds on application - and a bathroom with shower. The cooking corner, unique in its kind - provided with 4 stoves, dishwasher, fridge and freezer - is set inside a piece of furniture in typical Tuscan style. This particular and beautiful solution allows a better use of the large sitting room of the apartment. The Quercione apartment is provided with an outside living area, perfectly equipped for lunches and suppers to the open air.

The Tana Apartment is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse and shared on two levels: to the ground floor is a living room with the fireplace, a perfectly equipped kitchen endowed with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, a double bedroom with queen-size beds - or single beds on application. To the first floor is a double bedroom with queen-size beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished with ancient furniture and provided with private bathrooms with hydromassage shower. The Tana apartment is provided with an outside living area perfectly equipped for lunches and suppers to the open air.

The Colombaio apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse and is composed by a large living room - 48 square meters - with antique fireplace, a perfectly equipped kitchen complete of dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, two double bedrooms with queen-size beds - or with single beds on application - with two private bathrooms with hydromassage shower, and a single bedroom with private bathroom with shower. The apartment has been furnished with notable taste and care of the details, using ancient furniture and solutions that make this apartment particularly warm and pleasant.
